Refund policy

Cancel or exchange

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can exchange the product or dissolve the purchase agreement. First register your return shipment in our return portal here to click. Below we explain how you can register your return and how you can return or exchange your return

 

( 1 ) DISSOLVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? No problem, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, without giving any reason (this is your right of withdrawal). Even if you have not yet received your order, you can already cancel the agreement. We will then wait with the refund until we have received the product, or until you prove that you have returned it (whichever comes first).

 

Register and send return

You can easily register a return via us return portal. Log in here with your email address and the order number of your order (this can be found in the confirmation email or on your packing slip).

STEP 1: SIGN UP

Click here to be able to register your return. Select the products you want to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Here you can also click why you want to cancel the order. The return costs within the Netherlands are 6.75 through DHL. The return costs differ per country and per service.

STEP 2: RETURN LABEL

Choose the carrier with which you want to return your return package. We currently only offer DHL as a return carrier. Here you can choose to bring the package to a DHL point yourself or have the package picked up by DHL at your home. You can also choose to have your return package insured. Once you have made your choice, you can immediately pay for the shipment of the package. After payment you can download your return label.

STEP 3: PACKING

Pack the items and take carethat the items are packed properly. If possible, use the original packaging. Don't forget to include your packing slip or a return form with your return shipment.Stick the return label clearly on the package and make sure that the old shipping labels have been removed or made illegible.

STEP 4: SEND

Take the package to the relevant post office (DHL). Or have the package picked up at your home if you have chosen this option.Make sure you receive the proof of shipment with track & trace code and keep it safe until the amount has been refunded to your account. You are responsible for the proper arrival of the return shipment.

STEP 5: REFUND

After the day of receipt of your declaration of dissolution, you will receive the payments received by us within 14 days. You will be refunded the full purchase price and the shipping costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Are you returning part of the order? Then the shipping costs will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. There are no additional costs for you for this.

 

Right of withdrawal

To make use of your right of withdrawal, you can model form for dissolution / withdrawal fill of we return form fill of use your packing slip. You will also receive your packing slip with your order, if you have lost the form, you can print out a return form here. You canalso let us know in another way that you want to cancel your order. For example, you can send an email to info@coloursuits.nl or send a letter in which you indicate that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. Please make sure that you provide the same information as the information included on the model form. Do not forget to always register your return via us return portal; here you will also receive a return label.

After you have indicated that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you still have 14 days to return the product to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Please note: the return costs are for your account. You must therefore pay the costs for returning the product to us yourself.

We appreciate it if you indicate why you want to cancel the order. However, you are not obliged to do this.

 

Return conditions

- You must cancel the order within the cooling-off period (no later than 14 days after receipt of the order). Does the 14th day fall on a weekend or public holiday? Then the cooling-off period ends on the next working day.

- Products must be sent within 14 days after you have canceled the order. If the package falls outside our return period, we can no longer accept the return package. The package can then be returned after payment of the shipping costs. Please note: we make no exceptions to this. If the return falls outside our return period, we can no longer accept the return package, regardless of the reason.

- Do you return part of the order and keep the other part? Then no shipping costs will be refunded.

- The costs of the return shipment are for you.

- You may only use the product during the cooling-off period to assess it. So you try out the product as you would in a physical store. You are liable for depreciation of the product if you use the product and this use goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. So make sure that you handle the product properly and that the product is complete and undamaged. Any depreciation of the product (such as products without labels or tags attached, products with (make-up) stains, products that have been washed, products with a perfume or sweat smell) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, or the product will be sent back to you after payment of the shipping costs.

- Face masks may not be returned due to hygiene. From a hygienic point of view, earrings, swimwear and lingerie are delivered sealed. You can therefore view the earrings, swimwear and lingerie, but as soon as the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal expires and the product cannot be exchanged. Once the hygiene strip in swimsuits and lingerie has been removed, we can no longer accept returns.

  

I bought a product on sale. Does the right of withdrawal also apply to me?

Yes, even if you have purchased a product on sale, you can cancel the order within 14 days of receipt.

NOTE: items from the crazy weekend sale are allowed nietback! (January 6,7,8)

 

( 2 ) YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER SIZE

Do you want to exchange the product for a size larger or smaller? That is possible! We pay the new shipping costs! The product must be unused and undamaged. You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange the product.

How do you trade?

You must register your return/exchange via us return portal. You do this in the same way as described under the heading 'Register and send a return'. When registering your return, you can choose to exchange the item for a different size. You can immediately see whether the other size is in stock or not.

As soon as the product has been received by us, we will send the correct size of the item free of charge. If the desired size is not in stock, then unfortunately you cannot exchange the product and you can choose between (i) getting the purchase amount back or (ii) getting the product returned.

If you want to exchange your item for a completely different item, you must order the new item via the website and return the old item.
