Shipping policy
How do we ship your package?
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then immediately process your order and prepare your package for shipment.
We try to send as many orders as possible with DPD as parcel post. Outside Europe we ship with POSTNL.
You can also choose the free option 'Pick up'. You must then pick up your order yourself. Pay attention; this is only possible by appointment! Send us an email or message via social media to make an appointment.
What are my shipping costs?
How much shipping costs you pay depends on the country to which the package is to be sent. Also hangs the delivery time for a shipment away from the destination. Below you will find an overview*:
The Netherlands
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Our packages are sent as a standard package via DPD (€5.95). As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email with which you can track your package. With an order above € 100, you do not pay shipping costs. If your order is less than €100, you will pay shipping costs.
Within a certain area (within a radius of 10 km from Nieuw Vennep) you can also opt for our 'personal delivery' (€3.00). We will then deliver your order to you as soon as possible (within 1-2 days). Please note that this is without a track & trace code, but is guaranteed to be delivered by us.
Belgium
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€8.50).
Germany
The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€8.50).
France
The delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€12.95).
Luxemburg
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€12.95).
Denmark
The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€12.95).
Austria
The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€14.95).
United Kingdom
The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Italy
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Spain
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Portugal
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Croatia
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19,95).
Sweden
The delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Switzerland
The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€19.95).
Rest of the world
The delivery time differs per country. Your order will be sent as a package with a track & trace code (€24.95).
*warning: The above delivery times are only an indication. The duration can be influenced by - for example - public holidays, holiday periods, and so on. It is therefore possible that your package will not be delivered within the indication periods set above. Because we depend on external delivery services such as DPD, we can never guarantee that an order will be delivered on an exact date or time.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
It is of course possible that you are not at home at the time of delivery. The package will then be delivered to your neighbours. If - for whatever reason - your package cannot be delivered to your neighbors, your package will be taken to a DPD collection point. Please note that you need your ID to pick up your package.
