Warranty & Complaints
Your right to a reliable product
The legal guarantee applies to all products that you have purchased from us (Coloursuits). This means that you are always entitled to a proper ("good") product. You can expect that a product you have purchased from us is or does what you can reasonably expect from it. What you can expect from a product depends, among other things, on the type of product and the information you have received. That also means that if you have unrealistic expectations, we are not responsible for this.
If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or (if repair is not reasonably possible) replacement free of charge. Contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), the contact form or our Facebook or Instagram account, and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Do you have a complaint?
Of course we hope not, but it can always happen that you are not completely satisfied with the product or our service. Are you not satisfied? Please let us know via email@example.com. In any case, state your name, order number and description of the complaint in your e-mail. In principle, we respond to your complaint within 14 days. If it is not possible to give a substantive or definitive response within this period, we will in any case confirm receipt of your complaint and you will receive an indication from us of the period within which we expect to be able to give you a substantive or definitive response.
As a consumer, you also have the option to submit your complaint to the European online dispute resolution platform. You can find this ODR platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
