How can I best reach COLOURSUITS?

How can I order?
Have you found an item you would like to order? Select your size now and click on 'add to shopping cart'. You can continue shopping in the meantime, but please note that the items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you. Are you done shopping? Then it is now time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping cart' icon at the top right. Then click on 'place order' and you can complete your order.
How can I return my product?
Is the product not quite to your liking? No problem, unworn and in original condition products can always be returned within 14 days.
You can easily register a return via us return portal. You can also request a return label here. Send the product back to us in its original packaging with your packing slip.

What is the return period?
Our return period is 14 days after receipt of your order.

When will I receive the money for my return back into my account?
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive the money back within 14 days on the account with which the order was paid.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, even if you have purchased a product on sale, you can cancel or return the order within 14 days of receipt.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Our delivery time is 1-3 working days [this does not apply to pre-orders]. If you order during the weekend, your order will be shipped the next working day.
When will I receive my track & trace code?
You will receive the track & trace code on the day of shipment after the first scan by DPD at the sorting centre. This is usually in the evening after 6:00 PM when the mail has been collected from us.
Didn't receive a track & trace? Contact us. This is often due to an incorrectly entered e-mail address. We can then still send you the track & trace code.
Can I pick up my order at your location?
Yes, you can choose 'Pick up' as the delivery method during checkout. Send us an email or a message to make an appointment to pick up your order [so that someone will be there!]. You can also drop off your return shipment at our location; Send us an email or message to make an appointment.
